Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

You may return ordered items up to 20 days after their receipt providing they are returned in their original condition and product packaging without damages. We offer a special 30 days return policy for orders placed between 24th November and 24th December.

You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy that are non-refundable:

• Products listed under "Special Offers"
• Gift Cards
• Customized products
• Products with visible signs of wear or use
• Delivery costs for uncollected parcels

Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer including any tax and duties payable outside of Denmark, unless Dige Designs delivered a wrong, damaged or defect product to you. Make sure to send returns carefully wrapped up and to have detailed tracking information. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will process it and reimburse you within 14 days using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

RETURN OF FAULTY PRODUCT

According to EU consumer protection law you have the right to complain over faulty goods within 24 months from the date of purchase. This right covers any faults in the material and manufacturing of our products. You must make a claim within a reasonable time after receiving your items and present your invoice in order to obtain full credit or the options of either a repair or a price deduction. Dige Designs’ obligation to repair or replace shall not apply to any product with damage or defects resulting from normal wear and tear, tarnishing, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence, misuse or accident. 

Dige Designs offers a repair service for damages caused by customer subjected to a small material and shipping fee.
